Ways we’re supporting families during COVID-19
Connected Family internet offer
We want to help everyone at home stay connected. That’s why we're offering discounted internet for 12 months to eligible low income families with school-aged children.
You can apply for the offer if you're receiving Family Tax Benefit Part A or Part B, and you haven't connected to the nbn with another carrier in the last 3 months. Customers already on a Telstra internet plan can also apply. The offer will be available until 30 September 2020, unless extended.
