Is the cliché ‘no pain, no gain’ true in business? Tune in to find out and get a taste of Charles’ eloquent and engaging, evidence-based style.
Charles Duhigg is the author of several books including The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business, which explores the science of habit formation in our lives, companies and societies, and spent 168 weeks on the New York Times Bestseller list.
Duhigg is also an investigative reporter for The New York Times Magazine. His article ‘The iEconomy’, which examined the global economy through the lens of Apple, earned him the 2013 Pulitzer Prize in explanatory journalism.
At Telstra Vantage™ 2017, Duhigg will look at what separates the merely busy from the genuinely productive by exploring eight critical concepts. With case studies from the U.S. Marine Corps boot camp, the making of Disney’s Frozen, and how Google sought to build the perfect team, Duhigg explains how people and companies can become smarter, faster and better.
