Customers who join Telstra Plus will have access to exciting membership benefits such as discounted tickets, entertainment extras on us and member support services.

The benefits you will have access to are based on your membership tier.

Your membership benefits are available to enjoy within your membership year.

Some benefits may be available to use multiple times, others can only be activated once per membership year and may have expiry terms. These benefits may become available to you again in your next membership year. We may withdraw or change rewards or benefits at any time without notice.

You will need to sign in to Telstra Plus with your Telstra ID, follow the links to partner's website from your Telstra Plus account. To earn points, you’ll need to start your journey from your Telstra Plus account for every offer you wish to take up.

You can earn Telstra Plus points by purchasing Telstra Plus discounted movie tickets. You must sign in to Telstra Plus and follow the links to Event Cinemas, Village Cinemas or HOYTS and Independent cinemas. Points can’t be earned on food and beverage purchases, booking fees or surcharges.

Telstra Plus members can enjoy:

  • 6 cents per litre off Mobil fuel, excluding LPG and AdBlue (maximum 100 litres of fuel per transaction).
  • One $1 regular coffee when purchased in the same transaction as the fuel offer.

Points are earned on the cash component of eligible products purchased outright or on a repayment option, and service purchases (excludes cancelled, refunded, or returned products or services). Points expire 3 years from earning. Marketing opt-in required (preferences can be changed). Excludes Telstra enterprise and corporate accounts.

Telstra Plus members can access discounted movie tickets across Australia at Event Cinemas, Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle, Village Cinemas, HOYTS, Palace Cinemas, Reading Cinemas and other independent cinemas. Members will also earn points when purchasing discounted tickets. Eligibility criteria apply to join Telstra Plus.

Not valid for Boutique, Event Junior, V Junior, Dendy IMAX, HOYTS IMAX, movie marathons, group bookings, special events, and Alternate Content.

Online booking and transaction fees may apply.

A peak time surcharge of $3 per ticket applies at Event Cinemas, Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle, Village Cinemas after 5pm on Saturdays and on public holidays. A surcharge of $5 per ticket also applies for HOYTS Xtremescreen. Other surcharges may apply for 3D, Dolby Atmos, Samsung Onyx sessions, recliners or daybeds. 3D glasses must be purchased separately at an additional cost.

Telstra Plus members earn 10 points per $1 on discounted movie tickets only. Excludes food, beverages, surcharges, credits and refunds.

Offer only available at participating fuel sites operated by 7-Eleven. Excludes LPG and AdBlue. Maximum 100 litres of fuel per transaction and two fuel transactions in any 24-hour period. Coffee offer applies to one regular sized coffee when purchased in the same transaction as the fuel offer.

Offers only redeemable at the time of purchase through the My Telstra app at the site where fuel and coffee are purchased.

Not for use in conjunction with any other discounts or loyalty offers (including Fuel Price Lock or fuel card offers).

The fuel discount offer will not apply where you scan your My 7-Eleven app in the transaction in circumstances where you have a valid Fuel Price Lock. Where you have a valid Fuel Price Lock and scan that in the same transaction, the Fuel Price Lock will be applied to the transaction irrespective of its value and the coffee offer will not apply. Any other coffee promotion or My 7-Eleven app offer (such as meal deals or loyalty offers) will not apply in a transaction where the My Telstra offer is scanned.

Barcodes are valid for 30 minutes and should be generated in the My Telstra app before dispensing any fuel. 7-Eleven may refuse to process a barcode if it is clearly affected by a My Telstra app error or if 7-Eleven or Telstra suspect misuse of the barcode or My Telstra app.

Any fuel dispensed without a valid barcode will need to be purchased at the pump price.

If there is an issue redeeming your barcode at the time of fuel purchase due to an issue with 7-Eleven’s systems, you can ask 7-Eleven to refund or credit you with the value of the difference (rounded to the nearest dollar). Here’s how: obtain and retain a store transaction receipt for proof of purchase; take a screenshot of the barcode; and email your receipt and screenshot of the barcode to 7-Eleven Customer Service: 24-7customerservice@7eleven.com.au.

The difference will be provided via your choice of 7-Eleven gift card, voucher or refund. Gift cards may be used at any 7-Eleven store in accordance with the 7-Eleven Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

You can redeem multiple codes in the Telstra Plus Rewards Store to use or gift to other people.

By signing up to Prime, you agree to the Amazon Prime Terms and Conditions and authorise Amazon to charge your preferred payment method or another payment method on file the then-standard monthly membership fee (currently $9.99/month) after your Telstra Plus points Prime plan ends until you cancel your membership. You can cancel anytime by following the instructions. Prime delivery speeds vary by product and location.  Orders to select remote areas are not eligible for Prime delivery benefits. Your Telstra Plus points won't be refunded if you cancel your Telstra Plus points Prime plan before the end of your selected offer period, but you will still have access for the remainder of your 3, 6 or 12 month promotional period.

If you are an existing Prime member, your selected Prime membership period (3, 6, or 12 months) from Telstra Plus will be added to your Amazon.com.au account. Your existing Prime membership will be temporarily paused when the new period activates and will automatically resume once your selected period ends.  If you have an existing Prime membership from a previous Telstra promotion or another third party, you will not be able to complete the redemption process on Amazon.com.au until your existing Prime membership has expired. Once it has expired, please visit the Manage dashboard within the MyOffers page and select your offer to continue the redemption process.
