Enter your Customer ID, ensuring that both your name and Customer ID exactly match how they appear in your My Telstra account.

Choose an amount of ALL Accor Reward points (minimum 2,000) to convert to Telstra Plus points. Allow 14 days for converted points to show in your account.

It connects members to over 5,800 hotels, resorts, and residences across more than 45 brands (including Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, Mercure, Peppers and ibis) globally, providing exclusive discounts, experiences and Reward points. Telstra Plus members that are also ALL Accor members can convert their ALL Accor Reward points into Telstra Plus points to boost their Telstra Plus points balances. The minimum amount of ALL Accor Reward points that can be converted is 2,000. Once the points are converted, Telstra Plus members can redeem their points across the Telstra Plus program.
Once your ALL Accor Reward points are converted to Telstra Plus points, you can use them for eligible Telstra Plus redemption offers such as bill discounts, deals in the Rewards Store, digital gift cards and discounted movie tickets, or use Points + Pay (minimum points required) to save on products.
To be eligible for this offer you will need to:
- be a Telstra Plus member (eligibility criteria apply to join)
- have an ALL Accor account in your own name that matches your Telstra Plus account
- meet the minimum points conversion requirement of 2,000 ALL Accor Reward points
- know your Telstra Customer ID so that you can enter it into the ALL Accor Reward points to Telstra Plus points conversion page.
Your Telstra Customer ID can be found in your My Telstra account. Your Customer ID is a 10-digit number and is separate to your Telstra ID, which is the email you use to sign in to My Telstra.
To view your Customer ID in the My Telstra app:
- Go to your profile
- Select your name
- Select Personal details
- Scroll down to see your Customer ID.
To view your Customer ID in your My Telstra account via a browser:
- Go to Profile
- Under Your details select Personal details
- Scroll down to see your Customer ID.
You will need to log into your ALL Accor account to convert your ALL Accor Reward points to Telstra Plus points. Once logged in, on the points conversion page enter your name and Telstra Customer ID exactly as they appear in your Telstra Plus account.
Please note: If your name and Customer ID in ALL Accor account do not match the details in your Telstra Plus account, your points may fail to convert or may be credited to the wrong Telstra Plus account.
Please be careful to enter the correct Telstra Customer ID when adding your Telstra Plus details to the points conversion page via your ALL Accor account.
ALL Accor will not validate your Telstra Customer ID at the time of your points conversion request. If you enter the wrong Customer ID number, your ALL Accor Reward points may fail to convert or may be credited to the wrong Telstra Plus account and may not be able to be reversed. If this happens, please contact Telstra for help
A minimum of 2,000 ALL Accor Reward points can be converted to Telstra Plus points.
There is no maximum amount of ALL Accor Reward points that can be converted. You may choose to convert all of your ALL Accor Reward points to Telstra Plus points.
Yes, if you have a minimum of 2,000 ALL Accor Reward points to convert, you’ll be required to verify your identity on the ALL Accor website in order to convert your points. When you select ‘Activate now’, you’ll be taken to a ‘Security and Connection’ section to verify your identity with a code sent to you via email. You’ll also need to verify your phone number with a code sent to you via SMS. Once verified, you’ll be able to convert a minimum of 2,000 ALL Accor Reward points.
No, if you don’t have the minimum amount of 2,000 ALL Accor Reward points to convert, you won’t be able to proceed.
Yes, you can set up auto-transfer of your ALL Accor Reward points to Telstra Plus via your ALL Accor account. Once you set up auto-transfer and your ALL Accor account exceeds 2,000 ALL Accor Reward points, the entire balance will be converted to Telstra Plus points.

Eligibility
This offer is only available to eligible Telstra Plus members who are also ALL Accor members, with both accounts held in the same individual name. Business, corporate and third‑party accounts are not eligible.

Points conversion
ALL Accor Reward points conversions must be initiated via the ALL Accor platform and are subject to ALL Accor and Telstra Plus program terms and conditions.
A minimum conversion of 2,000 ALL Accor Reward points applies per conversion request. ALL Accor Reward points can only be converted in multiples of 2,000. There is no maximum conversion limit.
Points conversions are one‑way only. Once ALL Accor Reward points are converted into Telstra Plus points, they cannot be reversed, refunded or converted back into ALL Accor Reward points.
ALL Accor does not validate Telstra Customer IDs at the time of conversion. Members are responsible for entering the correct Telstra Customer ID. If incorrect details are entered, your conversion may fail or your points may be sent to the wrong Telstra Plus account. Where this occurs, recovery may not always be possible. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Converted Telstra Plus points are typically credited within 14 days of a successful conversion request. Processing times may vary and delays may occur.
Members may enable automatic transfers through their ALL Accor account. When enabled, once the minimum conversion threshold is reached, available points will be converted automatically.
Personal information
To facilitate the points conversion, personal information (such as name, membership identifiers and transaction details) may be collected, used and exchanged between ALL Accor and Telstra. Each party collects and handles personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable privacy laws. Telstra does not control how ALL Accor collects, uses or stores personal information, and ALL Accor does not control how Telstra collects, uses or stores personal information.
