TRAVLR® Pty Ltd is a third party, Australian-based travel technology company that operates travel bookings.
TRAVLR® manages the travel bookings platform, including pricing, payments, and supplier relationships, and makes these available to Telstra Plus members through its technology.
Telstra Plus provides member access and points rewards, but does not operate the travel booking platform.
Telstra Plus member pricing is the discounted price of bookings available to Telstra Plus members, compared to the RRP (Recommended Retail Price) for the same travel product, as a benefit alongside earning points on eligible spend. Advertised pricing and savings are not guaranteed and are subject to change until booked because comparisons are frequently made against in-market rates at the time of check, which are variable and may change.
RRP (Recommended Retail Price) is the standard public price for the same like-for-like travel product (such as a hotel room, dates and inclusions) that is available in the market at the time of booking.
The RRP is sourced from TRAVLR®'s travel suppliers and distribution partners and reflects publicly available rates, such as those shown on major travel booking websites or hotel direct sites at the time of comparison.
Travel prices are dynamic and can change frequently based on availability, demand, location and timing. As a result, RRPs may vary and may not be available at a later time.
To earn Telstra Plus points and access member pricing, start by signing in to Telstra Plus using your Telstra ID. From your Telstra Plus account (via the Telstra website or the My Telstra app), follow the links to the travel bookings website and make your booking.
To qualify for points and member pricing:
- You must begin each booking journey from your Telstra Plus account.
- Eligible bookings must be paid for with a credit or debit card.
- Bookings made directly on the travel bookings website (without starting from and logging in to Telstra Plus) won’t earn points or qualify for member pricing.
Yes. Your Telstra Plus login details won’t automatically carry over to the travel bookings website. You’ll need to create a separate TRAVLR® login for the travel bookings website.
These login details will be required to make, change, or cancel bookings, and for any travel-related support queries, which are managed by TRAVLR®.
Your Telstra Plus points will be added to your account within 14 days after your travel is complete . You’ll be able to see them in your Points history in the My Telstra app or in All points history when reviewing your account in a web browser.
If you are no longer a Telstra Plus member when you travel you will not be eligible to receive the points for that travel booking.
Yes. To earn points on each booking, you must restart your journey from the Telstra Plus website or My Telstra app every time you want to make a new travel booking, and follow the links to our partner TRAVLR® from there.
Telstra Plus members who book directly with our partner TRAVLR® website without starting from the Telstra Plus website won’t be eligible for points.
For help with a travel booking, you’ll need to contact TRAVLR® via the Contact TRAVLR® form on the travel bookings website provided by TRAVLR®.
No. Bookings, payments, changes and cancellations are managed through the travel bookings platform provided by TRAVLR®, and your booking is with the relevant travel provider (such as an airline, hotel or activity operator).
