Choose your travel need
You must start every new booking from the Telstra website or the My Telstra app to earn points. You’ll be directed to our travel booking website.

Log in to book
You’ll need to create a username and password to use our travel booking website. Once logged in, you can complete your booking.

Enjoy your trip and points
Points earned on eligible spend from travel bookings will be added to your account within 14 days, once your travel is complete.

Frequently asked questions
To earn points and enjoy Telstra Plus member pricing, start by signing in to Telstra Plus using your Telstra ID. Follow the links on Telstra Plus travel bookings web page or via My Telstra app and make your booking.
To qualify for points and member pricing:
- You must begin each booking journey from your Telstra Plus account.
- Eligible bookings must be paid for with a credit or debit card.
- Bookings made directly via Telstra Plus Travel site (without starting from Telstra Plus) won’t earn points or qualify for member pricing.
Yes. Your Telstra Plus login details won’t automatically carry over to the Telstra Plus Travel website at Telstra Plus Travel Bookings.
You will be required to create a new Telstra Plus Travel website login to make any Telstra Plus Travel bookings.
Your new Telstra Plus Travel login credentials will be required to make, change, or cancel travel bookings. They will also be required for any support queries.
Your points will be added to your account within 14 days after your stay. You’ll see them in your "points history” in the My Telstra app or your “All points history” on your web browser once your travel is complete.
Yes, you must return to Telstra Plus every time you wish to make a new travel booking and follow the links to the Telstra Plus Travel Bookings website from your Telstra Plus account to be eligible to earn points.
Sign in to Telstra Plus and follow the links to Telstra Plus Travel Bookings to earn points on eligible travel bookings. Bookings made directly on the travel site without going through Telstra Plus won’t be eligible for points.

Eligibility criteria apply to join Telstra Plus. Points will be added to your account within 14 days of completing your stay. To earn points, you must sign in to your Telstra Plus account and follow the links on Telstra Plus travel bookings web page or via My Telstra app before making your booking. Bookings made directly on the travel site are not eligible for points or member pricing. Points cannot be earned on fees, taxes, and credit card surcharges. By clicking through to Telstra Plus Travel site, you agree to allow TRAVLR to use your information in accordance with our privacy statement. The Telstra Plus Travel site is operated by TRAVLR. Your booking is with the travel provider (i.e. airline, hotel). Telstra does not supply travel services and is not responsible for bookings, cancellations or refunds.
