Information about the service

Your plan is for a post-paid mobile phone service that provides access to the Telstra Mobile Network. Your plan allows you to share the mobile data with other data share services on your account.
- Eligibility
-
To be eligible for a Telstra Team Connect Plan, you must be an eligible employee of selected Telstra industry partners, licensees or wholly-owned subsidiaries (as determined by us). Permanent, fixed term and casual Telstra employees are not eligible.
Note: This requirement is set out in the terms, available at in.telstra.com.au/ism/futurewaysofworking/chooseyourowndevice.asp (02 Eligibility).
- Your Device Payment Contract

You must purchase an eligible device with this plan, payable over 24 interest-free monthly payments. You'll receive a monthly credit however, if you cancel early you will lose your credit and must pay the balance of any remaining device repayments.
- Minimum Term
-
You can cancel your plan at any time but if you cancel you will have to pay any charges up to the point of cancellation.
If you cease to be eligible for the Telstra Team Connect Plan at any time, you may elect to move your Telstra mobile service to to an in-market consumer mobile plan. If you do not elect to move your Telstra mobile service to another Telstra mobile plan we may automatically place your Telstra mobile service on a $35 Casual Plan.
If you’ve taken up a Device Payment Contract with your Plan, you’ll be able to remain on the plan until the end of your Device Payment Contract term (as this is not casual, and can’t be cancelled early without having to repay the outstanding amounts). After your Device Payment Contract Term has expired, you will cease to be eligible for the Telstra Team Connect Plan.

Refer to the Plan Cost table. If you use your mobile for things not included in your Plan or exceed your Monthly Data allowance, you’ll have to pay more than the Minimum Monthly Charge set out in the Plan Cost table.

- Electronic payments – Free
- Payments made in person or by cheque – Extra $2.50 (some exemptions apply)
- Paperless bills are free. A paper bill can be issued for $2.20 per copy sent (some exemptions apply)
- Paper bills are issued unless you set up paperless billing. Set up Email Bill at telstra.com/emailbill or for more information on your billing options visit telstra.com/fees-on-payment-methods
- What happens if I go overseas?

Unless you are re-contracting your existing service or have chosen to opt out, your plan is automatically activated with International Roaming and International Day Pass. You can de-activate this by calling us on 125 109.

When you start or change your plan part way through a billing period, your first bill will have part month charges. Your Order Estimate will breakdown these charges for you and provide you with your ongoing monthly charges after your first bill.
- How can I monitor and manage my usage?

You receive SMS alerts in near real-time when you reach 50%, 85% and 100% of your Monthly Data allowance. We’ll also send you an alert if Extra Data is added to your service.

- use the Telstra 24x7® App on your iPhone and Android phone (available on the App Store and Google Play)
- login to Telstra 24x7 My Account at telstra.com/myaccount
