  • After the first 24 months post activation, or when you have no remaining months of your Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you will roll over to a standalone Game Pass Ultimate subscription on your Telstra bill at the standard in market rate, currently $15.95 per month (subject to change).

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a month-to-month subscription that you can add on to your existing consumer mobile or internet service. It offers access to over 100 high-quality games for console, PC, phones and tablets.

Device information and requirements

  • All gameplay requires a compatible device 
    • Xbox.com: Play on your Windows PC and Apple phone or tablet with your Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Safari browser.
    • Xbox Game Pass mobile app: Play on your Android mobile phone or tablet (version 6.0 or greater)
    • Xbox app for Windows PC
    • Xbox One or Series Console
  • Online play and access to games in Game Pass Ultimate subscription requires a stable internet or mobile connection that is sold separately 
    • Min bandwidth of 10 Mbps for mobiles,  20 Mbps for tablets/PCs
    • For at home play, a 5 GHz Wi-Fi connection is recommended
    • Cloud gaming performance is affected by internet connection, location, device, network congestion, coverage, Wi-Fi contention and other factors
    • Your gameplay experience may vary by device used
    • Data charges may apply for download, streaming and use of games and apps
  • Some games may require a compatible controller

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

When you join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, your access is credited monthly on your billing date. Any previously stacked credit from Xbox Live Gold and/or Xbox Game Pass will remain available for use up to a maximum of 36 months. See xbox.com/gamepass

To manage or cancel your subscription, log into My Telstra. Navigate to Services > Extra’s > Game Pass and click “manage subscription”.

If you cancel your service that the subscription is added on to, your subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will end, unless you are entitled to additional months because you had pre-existing Game Pass Ultimate credit prior to taking up Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
