Our new and improved My Telstra app makes it easier to get what you need without the wait. View your services, pay your bill and troubleshoot tech issues. You can also message us anytime, stopping and picking up the conversation when it suits you.
- nbn Health check - Diagnosing connectivity issues on nbn services has never been easier with our new nbn health check tool.
- Payment Extensions - Need more time to pay your bill? You can now request an extension of up to 42 days on the Payments screen.
- Monitor faults - Check the status of any reported fault through the Get Help screen, plus view and reschedule nbn fault technician appointments.
