Things you need to know
Cable Broadband connections do not support T-Voice app.
Customers must have a Telstra Fixed Line and Broadband service with a relevant Gateway eg, T-Gateway (797) or Telstra Gateway Max (799).
The Telstra T-Voice app must be within range of the gateway to make and receive calls.
The Telstra T-Voice app works on Android devices running Android OS 4.0 or higher and iOS devices (Apple iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch ) running 6.1, 7.0 or higher. The Telstra T-Voice app does not work on Windows-based devices.
