Check your plan or contract details, including when your contract ends and cancellation charges that apply to your plan. These are charges you may need to pay if you choose to:
- cancel a mobile, mobile broadband, tablet, home broadband or bundle service
- change your mobile or tablet plan
- change to a non-eligible plan
- move your mobile to a pre-paid or casual plan.
You may also need to pay any remaining accessory repayments.
To check your plan details, sign in to My Telstra and go to Services.
