    How to access your usage history in My Telstra

    As the account owner, you can access a usage history report for calls, messages and data over the last two years for any service on your account. The report can be downloaded as a PDF (portable document format).

    Request a usage history report in My Telstra:

    1. Go to Services
    2. Select the service you want the usage history report for
    3. Under Check your usage, choose Data, Calls, or Messages
    4. Under Request a usage history report, go to Request a PDF report
    5. Select a reporting period
    6. Choose Select service information and follow the prompts.
