How to access your usage history in My Telstra
As the account owner, you can access a usage history report for calls, messages and data over the last 3 months for any service on your account.
Request a usage history report in My Telstra:
- Go to Services
- Select the service you want the usage history report for
- Under Your usage and plan, choose View your usage
- Select Data, Calls, or Messages
- Select the month you want to view.
