    Ways to find the modem type and model

    On the modem

    Look for the model number either on the bottom or the back of your modem.

    If your modem doesn't look like any of these, you could have the Telstra Smart Modem Model no.: DJA0230 or Telstra Frontier Gateway Model no.: DJN2130

    To find your modem in My Telstra:

    1. Go to Services
    2. Select your internet service
    3. Select View your devices
    4. Select Telstra Smart Modem and scroll to your modem details.
