Modern faxes may be capable of operating on the nbn or VOIP but some settings may need to be adjusted, or you may need additional equipment to send or receive a fax successfully.

These are some of the fax settings that may help. We don’t provide any support for using fax over the nbn. If you’re still experiencing trouble, contact the fax manufacturer.
- Send/Receive Baud rate: 9600bps
- Error Correction Mode (ECM): Off
