1. Order tracker

You can use your order number to:

2. Telstra 24x7 app and Telstra 24x7 My Account

You can use your order number to:

Track your nbn™ service orders and reschedule the appointments by logging in to Telstra 24x7 My Account and the Telstra 24x7® App.

3. Startrack

To track your hardware delivery, visit the StarTrack website and enter the tracking number or order number that you received in the order completion email.

Good to know:

  • It can take up to four hours after you’ve placed an order before it appears in our system.
  • If the scheduled due date shown on the order has passed and your service still isn’t working, please call 13 22 00 and say 'connection'.

4. Track your Pre-Paid activation or Online Shop order

If you’ve got pre-Paid or online order, use the order number in the order completion email to check its status. If your order number begins with PPS, SBS or DA, please click here.


Good to know:

It can take up to 24 hours for Pre-Paid services using an existing number to appear in our system.

5. Moving Home orders

If you are moving home you can track your nbn™ move order via the options listed above. For all other move orders you can contact us on 13 22 00 and say 'move'.
