Who is eligible for the nbn satisfaction guarantee?

You’re eligible if:

  • You are a new customer connecting a new nbn service with Telstra.
  • You are an existing customer migrating to the nbn network.

Who is not eligible?

Customers who are not eligible:

  • ADSL/cable customers
  • Belong customers (including nbn)
  • Velocity
  • Customers who port out/disconnect without calling
  • Moves (customers already on nbn moving to a new address with nbn).
