1. How do I lower my Telstra bill with Telstra Plus points? You can redeem Telstra Plus points for bill credits on eligible Upfront mobile and Upfront internet services. Options are $10 off per month, $5 off per month, or a $30 one‑off discount, depending on your points balance.
2. Who can redeem Telstra Plus points for bill discounts? Any Telstra Plus member with an eligible service and enough points can redeem for monthly or one‑off bill discounts. Monthly discounts may end early if you cancel or change your plan outside the same plan family.
3. How do I check my Telstra Plus points balance? Check your points in My Telstra using your Telstra ID to sign in - your points balance will appear at the top of the screen.
