Welcome to Telstra Plus
Our membership program is our way of thanking you for being a loyal Telstra customer.
When you join, you earn points on eligible payments and purchases and you can redeem those points for rewards and member perks. Tech products, discounted movie and sport tickets and early access to concert pre-sales are just some of the exciting things you can look forward to.

How to join Telstra Plus
To be eligible to join our program, you must be 18 years or older, have an active Telstra personal or business service and have a Telstra ID linked to your account.
Telstra Enterprise and Corporate accounts are excluded.
Steps to join
- Create a Telstra ID using your email address and enter your account details.
- Sign up to Telstra Plus online or through the My Telstra app.
- Start earning points and unlocking benefits based on your annual spend.

Earn points for rewards
10 points for every $1 spent
Be rewarded on all eligible Telstra products and services. Every purchase brings you closer to exciting rewards.
You can earn points by:
- Monthly bills for mobile, internet and device repayments
- Pre-paid recharges and starter kits purchased directly from Telstra
- Purchases in the Rewards Store
- Movie tickets you buy through Telstra Plus
- Partner offers like movie tickets, Huddle Insurance and other exclusive deals.
How to use your points for rewards
Use points in the Rewards Store for phones, tablets, accessories and more. All Telstra Plus members get free delivery when purchasing selected products through the Rewards Store.
You can choose how you use your points for rewards:
- Points + Pay: Use points for part of the cost and pay the rest with cash. Earn 10 points per $1 on the cash portion on eligible spend. Points + Pay cannot be used for gift cards or eGift cards. Minimum points required.
- Points + Repayment: Eligible customers can pay the cash part in monthly instalments through your Telstra bill when you maintain an eligible service. Also earns 10 points per $1 on eligible spend. Minimum points required.
How to check your points balance
Keeping track of your points is easy. There are two ways:
On the Telstra Plus website
- Head to the points history page
- Use your Telstra ID to sign in.
- Your points balance will appear at the top of the screen.
- See your full points history and details on your dashboard.
In the My Telstra App
- Use your Telstra ID to sign into the app.
- Your points balance will appear at the top of the screen.
- View your full points history and details on your dashboard.
Your points last for 3 years
Points expire three years after they’re earned. It’s a good idea to track your balance regularly.
Membership tiers that reflect your spend
When you join us, you’ll get immediate access to a relevant membership tier. This is determined by your eligible spend within the last 12 months. So, the more you spend, the more benefits you unlock.
Member
Spend: $0–$1,499 per year
Includes:
- Discounted movie and sport tickets
- Exclusive concert, theatre and performance art pre-sales
- Entry into competitions to win tickets to concerts, sporting events and more
- Free delivery on Rewards Store items.
Silver
Spend: $1,499–$2,999 per year
Includes everything in the Member tier, plus:
- 25% off points required to redeem selected movies and shows in the Fetch Store.
Gold
Spend: $3,000+ per year
Includes everything in the Silver tier, plus:
- 50% off points required to redeem selected movies and shows in the Fetch Store
- VIP service when you message us via the My Telstra app for help with your tech and Telstra services.
Things you need to know
Must be 18+ with an active Telstra-branded service. Points are earned on the cash component of eligible products purchased outright or on a repayment option, and service purchases (excludes cancelled, refunded, or returned products or services). Points expire 3 years from earning. Marketing opt-in required (preferences can be changed). Excludes Telstra Enterprise and Corporate accounts. See the Telstra Plus program terms and conditions.
Telstra Plus members can access discounted movie tickets available online at participating Australian cinemas. Ticket prices and the purchase terms are available on the movie ticket partners’ websites. Eligibility criteria apply to join Telstra Plus. Members earn 10 points per $1 on discounted movie tickets only. Excludes food, beverages, surcharges, credits and refunds. See the full Telstra Plus movie offer terms and conditions.
All Huddle offers are available on new policies only. Members cannot claim bonus points on a quote or policy for a car or home currently insured or previously insured with Huddle in the last 90 days by them or someone in their household. Members become entitled to the 500 bonus points for completing their first quote up to 14 days after receiving the quote. Members become entitled to the 40,000 bonus points for purchasing a policy, after the policy has been active for 30 days from its start date (as notified by Huddle).
