How can I check, change, or cancel my auto recharge?

    Important

    Auto recharges can only be changed or cancelled if your next scheduled recharge is more than 48 hours away. If you've recently set up auto recharge, you should allow one hour before checking it's active.

    To change your auto recharge amount, payment method, or turn it off

    In the My Telstra app:

    1. Go to Services
    2. Select your Pre-Paid service and scroll to More with your mobile. Your auto recharge status will say Auto recharge: On/Off
    3. Select Change amount, Change payment method, or Turn off auto recharge and follow the prompts.
       

    In My Telstra in a browser:

    1. Go to Services
    2. Select your Pre-Paid service and select Manage Pre-Paid
    3. Scroll to More with your mobile and select Auto Recharge: On/Off
    4. Select Change amount, Change payment method, or Turn off auto recharge and follow the prompts.
