To change your auto recharge amount, payment method, or turn it off
In the My Telstra app:
- Go to Services
- Select your Pre-Paid service and scroll to More with your mobile. Your auto recharge status will say Auto recharge: On/Off
- Select Change amount, Change payment method, or Turn off auto recharge and follow the prompts.
In My Telstra in a browser:
- Go to Services
- Select your Pre-Paid service and select Manage Pre-Paid
- Scroll to More with your mobile and select Auto Recharge: On/Off
- Select Change amount, Change payment method, or Turn off auto recharge and follow the prompts.
