Why do I get an error when setting up auto recharge?

    If you get the error 'Auto recharge unavailable' when you're setting up auto recharge, it may be because:

    • you're not the account holder
    • you don't have an active recharge
    • your current recharge is expiring within the next 24 hours.
       

    Before trying again, make sure:

    • the account holder sets up auto recharge
    • you've got an active recharge, if you don't, recharge your Pre-Paid first
    • your recharge is not due to expire within 24 hours.
       

    If you're still having trouble setting up auto recharge, message us.
