Frequently asked questions

Once we phase out #100#, it won't be available for anyone, regardless of the phone you're using.

If you don't have a smartphone, you can recharge your service by:

  • Dialing 125 100 on your phone and use your credit or debit card to Recharge-by-Phone
  • Going to recharge your Pre-Paid service and entering your mobile number.

As our new recharge options become available, we'll reach out to customers who use #100# with updates, including how to access and use them. We'll also update our website with developments.

No, #100# has never been an available recharge option for JB Hi-Fi customers. There are no impacts to your current options.

Recharge-by-Phone will operate in the same way to other pay over the phone services you may have used. If you have caller ID switched on, the service will recognise your number and all you need to do is choose your recharge amount, and enter your card details.

Important

If you don't have caller ID switched on, you'll receive an error message, and you'll need to hang up, switch caller ID on, and call back again.

How to enable caller ID

You can enable caller ID for this call only by dialling #31# then 125 100. If you want to switch caller ID on permanently, you can do this via the settings on your phone. For instructions go to Manage caller ID on my mobile service.

You may also find it handy to switch to speaker on your phone so you can put the phone down and use the number pad while you listen to the prompts.
