The username for a Telstra Mail account is the email address of the account itself. You’ll find that email address and be able to change your password on the Manage mailboxes screen of My Telstra.
To manage your mailbox in My Telstra:
- Go to Services
- Select Telstra Mail
- From the Manage mailboxes screen:
- Select Manage to change a password or close a mailbox
- Select View closed mailboxes to view or re-open a closed mailbox.
Why can't I see my Telstra Mail service in My Telstra?
Your Telstra Mail service may not be linked to your Telstra account. Please complete the online form to Link your Telstra Mail Account.
