You can update your address details via Telstra 24x7 My Account.
- Go to Telstra 24x7 My Account Login
- From the landing page, select the ‘Profile & preferences’ tab,
- From the right menu on the opened tab, select ‘Bill settings’
- Now find and select ‘Update billing address’
- A new page will open. Update your address details and select ‘next’.
- Check that your details are correct then select ‘submit’. You’re done.
