You can access your bills via My Telstra.
For easy access to your bills on-the-go, you can download your bills via the Payments tab in the My Telstra app (on a mobile device).
You can access bills for the previous 12 months period. After 12 months, they’re archived. If you’d like access to bills that are older than 12 months, you can contact us to request to de-archive bills. De-archiving bills will take 24 hours.
If you’ve closed all the services on your account, you’ll need to contact us to access your bills.
If you have a Telstra Upfront Mobile or Data Plan, you can view your upcoming and past payments, in the My Telstra app.
