You can access your bills via My Telstra app on a mobile device or Your Telstra Tools in a browser.

My Telstra app

For easy access to your bills on-the-go, you can download your bills via the Payments tab in the My Telstra app (on a mobile device).

Using a web browser

  1. Sign in to Your Telstra Tools
  2. Select the Payments tab 
  3. There you’ll see a list of all your accounts. Find the account you’re looking for, then select View bill history
  4. Select Bulk download. This will open a new tab. 

What if I’m looking for bills that are older than 12 months?

You can access bills for the previous 12 months period. After 12 months, they’re archived. If you’d like access to bills that are older than 12 months, you can contact us to request to de-archive bills. De-archiving bills will take 24 hours. 

If you’ve closed all the services on your account, you’ll need to contact us to access your bills.
