We offer a 7 Day Price Match on eligible mobile phones. If you find a better price within 7 days of receiving your new, eligible phone from Telstra, we’ll credit the difference to your bill. Learn more about 7 Day Price Match.
We don’t offer a price match on our plans, but we do offer a 7 Day Price Match on eligible mobile phones. If you find a valid lower price on an identical phone within 7 days of receiving your new phone from Telstra, we’ll credit the difference to your bill.
The 7 Day Price Match is available to eligible Telstra personal and small business customers who purchase an eligible mobile phone from us, outright or on repayment. Learn more about 7 Day Price Match.
Sometimes a device may be out of stock in a certain colour and storage size combination. If a combination is unavailable, you can try choosing a different colour and/or storage size. If it’s still out of stock online, try your nearest Telstra store.
When you order an item with Telstra, we’ll provide you with an order number via email or SMS. Use your number to check your order with our order tracker.
You can also find your order number, and track your order with the My Telstra App.
Messaging is a bit like sending a text message. Once you’ve sent it, leave it with us and we’ll respond as soon as we can with any details we need from you. This way you can get on with your day, and come back to the conversation when you’re ready.
Just be sure to leave your browser window open to check for responses and reply within two hours.
