What is Priority Assist?

Priority Assist is a service we provide for our customers where they or a member of their household have a life-threatening medical condition, that prioritises their home phone connection and fault repairs at no extra charge.

Am I eligible for Priority Assist?

You're eligible for Priority Assist if you or someone living with you has a diagnosed life-threatening medical condition and needs a working landline, back to base alarm or medical alert service.

How to get Priority Assist on your internet plan

  1. Choose your new plan

    Check your address, then choose the plan that best suits your needs.
  2. During checkout, say Yes to Priority Assist

    As you complete your order, when you reach the Special Conditions section make sure you answer "Yes" to the Priority Assist question.
  3. After submitting your order, fill out your application form

    You will need to consult with your doctor or medical practitioner to complete the form, then return it to us within 28 days.
