Telstra TV service will deactivate at 11:59 PM on 31 October 2024. Telstra TV support is available until the shutdown, then it ends.
Once disabled, your Telstra TV will not work at all. This includes browsing, watching, app access, and settings changes. No action is required from you to shut down the service, as all Telstra TV devices will automatically be disabled after November 1, 2024. After this date, you can recycle your Telstra TV at one of our 300 Telstra stores.
Your third-party app subscriptions will remain unaffected. You can continue to use these subscriptions on any device supported by the app provider. Refer to the respective app’s website for a list of supported devices.

Yes, simply login to the app on your new Fetch set-top box or other supported devices using your existing login details. Your subscription will continue to be billed by Telstra.
