Only eligible customers for the Foxtel Now Telstra offer will be able to sign up to a Foxtel Now service with Telstra.

  1. Using a compatible web browser, go to the Telstra Offers Hub.
  2. Sign in using your Telstra ID
  3. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be in the ‘My Offers’ page
  4. Select the Foxtel Now offer
    • Please note: the offer only appears if you have an eligible service on your account
  5. Select Redeem
  6. You’ll be prompted to enter a One Time PIN before you can proceed (this verification code will be sent to the Telstra Account Holder)
  7. You’ll be directed to Foxtel Now to create an account, select a subscription plan and complete the sign-up process
  8. Because you have chosen to sign up to Foxtel Now via your Telstra ID, the payment method defaults to Telstra Billing ie. the subscription amount is automatically added to your Telstra bill for payment)
  9. Review and accept Foxtel’s terms and conditions and you’re ready to start streaming.

  1. Login to My Telstra
  2. Navigate to the Services tab and select your eligible service
  3. Click on the Extras tab
  4. Scroll down to the Entertainment section
  5. Click on the Foxtel Now tile
  6. Select the relevant offer and redeem it on your eligible service
  7. You’ll be prompted to enter a One Time PIN before you can proceed (this verification code will be sent to the Telstra Account Holder)
  8. You’ll be directed to the Foxtel Now website to create an account, select a subscription plan and complete the sign-up process
  9. Because you have chosen to sign up to Foxtel Now via the My Telstra app, the payment method defaults to Telstra Billing (ie. the subscription amount is automatically added to your Telstra bill for payment)
  10. Review and accept Foxtel’s terms and conditions and you’re ready to start streaming.

Your Foxtel Now subscription is a no-lock in contract. If you cancel your subscription, you can continue to enjoy Foxtel Now until the end of your current billing month. If you cancel Foxtel Now from your Telstra Billing, you may not be able to select this billing payment method again if you reactivate your subscription.

Cancelling my Foxtel Now subscription via web browser:

  1. Go to Foxtel Now
  2. Sign in with your email address and password
  3. From the Menu, select Manage Account
  4. Click the Cancel Subscription button
  5. You will be transferred to the ‘Deactivate Service’ page. Follow the prompts and click on the Cancel Membership button.

To stop your Foxtel Now subscription appearing on your Telstra bill, follow the steps below. You don’t need your Foxtel Now login details.

Good to know: This only cancels your Telstra billing payment method, it does not cancel your Foxtel Now subscription. Foxtel will contact you for a new payment method to continue using their service.

Using web browser:

  1. Sign in to the Telstra My Offers Dashboard
  2. Choose your Foxtel Now subscription
  3. Select Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm cancellation.
     

Using My Telstra:

  1. Sign into My Telstra
  2. Select Services, then Your subscriptions
  3. Choose your Foxtel Now subscription and select Need to make changes?
  4. Select Cancel Subscription
  5. Confirm cancellation.

You must be a new or returning Foxtel Now customer and have an eligible Telstra personal post-paid mobile or fixed broadband service to be eligible for this offer. Eligible customers must redeem through an active Telstra account at hub.telstra.com.au/foxtelnow. Foxtel Now standard monthly pricing applies at the end of the 1 month offer period ($35/mth Starter) unless you change your pack or cancel before the end of the offer period. Billing via Pay with Telstra only available to new Foxtel Now customers. One redemption per customer account. Requires internet & compatible device. Data charges apply. Australia only.
