Protect your Telstra account from unauthorised access
Setting up a Telstra PIN and keeping your details current will help keep your Telstra account secure. Do this online, in store or call us.
Why account security matters
Keeping your Telstra account secure is essential. That's why we use two-step verification and a Telstra PIN to help protect your account. These tools ensure that only you can access and manage your services.
What is two-step verification?
Two-step verification adds an extra layer of protection to your account. It means that if someone gets hold of your password, they still need a second verification step to get in.
It's a mandatory step for our customers following new identity verification rules set out by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
