This package includes a standard  setup and activation of a customer's Microsoft 365 Business tenancy, including users and customer domain.  This package also includes configuration of a customer's Microsoft 365 Business environment to Telstra's policies, as outlined in our separate agreement with you.

Service Elements:

• Set-up Microsoft 365 customer tenancy including administrators
• Create or import users
• Set-up DNS
• Add Customer logo
• Service validation and testing
• Deploy and set up policies - Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint Online and Security & Compliance             

This addition to Essential Customer Set-up includes general user setup and email migration for users.

Service Elements:

• General set-up of end user including:

              - Set-up of MFA (multi factor authentication)

              - Set-up Gmail, Apple Mail or Windows (as applicable) on up to 3 devices per user

• Email migration of 1 email box per user up to 50GB        

These additional services allow customers to select deployment for additional components within Microsoft 365 Business as agreed between the parties.

• Installation of Microsoft 365 Apps for up to 3 devices (PC, mobile, tablets)

              *Maximum of 3 devices per user at time of installation

These additional services allow customers to select deployment for additional components within Microsoft 365 Business as agreed between the parties.

Service Elements:

• Set-up Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) tenancy including MDM policies for Bring Your Own Device
• User/Mobile Device Enrolment

             *Maximum of 3 mobile devices per user at time of installation

             *Desktop/Laptop PCs not included

This service does not include the following:

• The service does not include any equipment installation, application licencing, connectivity, or anything not set out in our separate agreement with you as being included as part of the service
• Ongoing monitoring or management of the Microsoft 365 Business environment and customer tenancy is not included
• Windows 10/11 installation is not included
• Onsite installation is not included.  This is a remote service only.  Onsite installation and support can be purchased separately on a project and/or hourly basis
• Work outside standard packages:  Additional hours of work above the relevant packaged inclusion (to meet your specific requirements)  is not included (e.g. Teams, phone system integration, Teams app, and Telstra Calling for Office 365). Separate quotes will apply
• Software updates on your device such as windows updates or iOS updates on iPhone etc.  or any other software or firmware updates required before the deployment and installation service can commence
• Enterprise licencing:  The service is applicable to Business plans only.  Enterprise licences are not applicable
• Email migrations over 50GB per inbox and migration of shared/central shared inboxes - should the customer require these services, further charges may apply
• SharePoint and OneDrive is limited to activation of the services as per the MS licence subscription and does not include any data migration or usability testing.  Copying of data from source to destination is the customer's responsibility or can be purchased separately on a time and materials basis
• Anything else not explicitly described in this document as being part of the standard service, is not included.
