We're moving you to our $50/mth Telstra Ultimate Business Voice Plan.

Your new plan may have a different plan price and inclusions.

What's happening?

We’re making changes to our systems to help improve how we support your business. As part of this effort, we’re discontinuing some older plans. This means we’ll retire your current plan and move you to our latest month-to-month plan: $50/mth Telstra Ultimate Business Voice Plan (plan price may change).

Your new month-to-month plan will give you the flexibility to cancel your plan if it no longer suits your needs.

$50/mth Telstra Ultimate Business Voice Plan

Our $50 Ultimate Business Voice Plan includes unlimited calls to standard Australian numbers. This includes:

  • Local calls 
  • National calls 
  • Mobile calls  
  • 13 calls 
  • Calls to 1194 & 1196 
  • Calls to 014, 125, 12456, 1224, Sensis 1234 
  • Optus or Telstra Satellite.

International calling

We understand that being moved to a new plan may be inconvenient. We want to ensure you don’t lose access to important features like international calling. Here’s what’s changing:

  • If international calls were included in your previous plan, they’ll now be offered as a separate Business International Calling Pack at $20 per month.
  • This pack will be automatically added to your new plan to maintain your international calling access and will appear as a separate item on your bill.
  • If you already have the Business International Calling Pack, it will be automatically moved to your new plan.
  • You can contact us to cancel the pack at any time if you no longer need it. 

Pay-as-you-go rates will apply:

  • if you don't have a Business International Calling Pack or choose to remove it
  • for countries not included in the pack.

These rates and Business International Calling Pack destinations are subject to change in accordance with Our Customer Terms.

What happens to my add-ons?

Your current add-ons will be carried over to your new plan and Calling Number Display will be added at no charge.

You may incur a separate monthly fee or charges for these add-ons and they'll be billed separately from your plan. You can cancel any add-on at no extra cost if you no longer need it after the plan change.

What will happen to my discount?

When you move to your new plan, any existing discounts you may have will be removed.
