    How do I create an Amazon account?

    Creating an Amazon.com.au account is simple. Go to Create account on Amazon.com.au.

    I’m a Telstra customer, can I use any email to create my Amazon account?

    Yes. The email you use to set up your account when activating your Prime membership can be any email of your choosing. It doesn’t have to be the email associated with your Telstra account. The email you use can then be used to log into Prime across any other platforms you choose to use.

    What should I do if I've forgotten my Amazon Account login details?

    If you've forgotten your Amazon login details, visit Amazon account recovery to retrieve your username or reset your password. Alternatively, you can contact Amazon or visit Amazon Customer Service.

    Will my Prime charges appear on my Telstra bill?

    Currently, Telstra billing is not available for Prime. You will need an Amazon account and a valid payment method to redeem this Prime offer. Charges for Prime will appear on your Amazon account, not your Telstra bill.

    How do I cancel my Amazon Prime membership?

    Important

    Your Telstra Plus points won't be refunded if you cancel before the end of your selected offer period, but you’ll still have access for the remainder of your 3, 6 or 12 month promotional period.
