Where can I check my account balance?

You can find your account balance:

  • On the top of your Telstra bill
 
  1. Open the Telstra 24x7 App
  2. Select Bills from the icons at the bottom of the screen
  3. The balance will be displayed for each of your accounts
  4. You can view more information or make a payment by selecting the appropriate bill.

 

  1. Sign in to Telstra 24x7 My Account using your Telstra ID
  2. If you have more than one account, you will need to select the relevant account from the blue bar at the top of the screen
  3. Your account balance will be displayed to the right of the list of services when you sign in.

 

Good to know:

  • Balance shown doesn’t include unbilled usage or credits applied since your last bill.
  • Payments can take up to 48 hours to show in Telstra 24x7 My Account
