Where can I check my account balance?
You can find your account balance:
- On the top of your Telstra bill
- Via the Telstra 24x7® App
- Open the Telstra 24x7 App
- Select Bills from the icons at the bottom of the screen
- The balance will be displayed for each of your accounts
- You can view more information or make a payment by selecting the appropriate bill.
- Sign in to Telstra 24x7 My Account using your Telstra ID
- If you have more than one account, you will need to select the relevant account from the blue bar at the top of the screen
- Your account balance will be displayed to the right of the list of services when you sign in.
Good to know:
- Balance shown doesn’t include unbilled usage or credits applied since your last bill.
- Payments can take up to 48 hours to show in Telstra 24x7 My Account
