Your Telstra ID is two things: 1. your username and 2. your password.
You need both of them to log into a range of our tools and services, such as Telstra 24x7 My Account and the Telstra 24x7® App.
Or you can simply re-register for a Telstra ID
You may already have a Telstra ID…
If you already have a username and password that you use to log into Telstra 24x7 My Account, the Telstra 24x7 App, CrowdSupport®, StayConnected App or the AFL/NRL Apps, then this is your Telstra ID.
If you have a telstra.com email address, or a bigpond.com or bigpond.net.au email address, then this may be your Telstra ID username.
Still not sure what your Telstra ID is?
You can retrieve your Telstra ID username by using your email address or phone number and your date of birth.
Keep your mobile handy as we may send an SMS with your password to your mobile – if the number you provide matches our records.
NOTE: If you have a BigPond email address as your Telstra ID username and you change the password, you may also need to it in your modem settings, depending on your technology.
Also, if you have an email client like Outlook or Windows Mail, follow these instructions to update your details.
