  4. Remember if you’re supplying a phone number, you must also enter your date of birth using the drop down fields:



  5. You will then be redirected to this page:



    If your email address is registered with us, you will receive the following email:



    Now click on the ‘Continue and log in’ button to go to the Telstra 24x7 My Account Login page, where you can login using your freshly retrieved username and password.
