How do I remove a service restriction?

    You can remove a service restriction by doing the following:

    • Pay any overdue amount in full, including any late payment fees
    • Report a payment to tell us when you’ve paid. If you make your payment via My Telstra, there's no need to tell us – your restriction will be removed within two hours or less.
