The Mobile Worksuite month-to-month offer price will be removed if you cancel any of the required eligible services. The Mobile Worksuite month-to-month price applies for your first Office 365 Business Premium/Microsoft 365 Business subscription. Additional subscriptions can be added at the standard price.
24/7 support: 24/7 support is only available for products and services purchased as part of Mobile Worksuite. The cost of any software/hardware is not included in the price of the service and you are responsible for any data charges. Tech assessments are not included. 24/7 support can not be sold separately. Report and recommendations must not be relied upon as an alternative to advice from a qualified professional and you should ensure that you monitor your own practices and investigations.
Month-to-month Business Data Plans: Your month-to-month plan may change (including price and inclusions). With no lock-in, you can change your plan once a month or leave. If you leave, just pay out your device, accessories or services in full.
No Excess Data Charges in Australia: Once you exceed your included data allowance, your speed will be capped at 1.5Mbps, and slowed further in busy periods. This means it is not suitable for HD video or high speed applications and means that some webpages, videos, social media content and files may take longer to load, but you can still stream video in standard definition, listen to music, browse the web and access social media, even if the experience is slower sometimes.
Device Payment Contract: You must have an eligible Telstra Data Plan in order to have a Device Payment Contract. If you cancel your Device Payment Contract early, cancel your data plan during the device payment term or move to an ineligible data plan during the payment term, you'll need to pay out your device, in full. Device discounts do not apply to cancelled Device Payment Contracts.
