Telstra Smart Modem™ Gen 2: Mobile backup available to premises in 4G coverage areas. Check coverage at telstra.com/coverage. Your mobile backup connection is limited to speeds of up to 6Mbps for downloads and 1Mbps for uploads. Actual speeds will vary due to local conditions and content accessed.

Hardware Repayment Option (HRO): Only customers with an existing fixed or post-paid mobile service are eligible. Maximum 5 HROs per customer at any one time. If you cancel an HRO early or cancel your existing fixed or post-paid mobile service(s), your HRO will also terminate and you will be required to pay out the remainder of your HRO.

Telstra TV: Existing Telstra post-paid service required. Requires a compatible TV with a HDMI port. A minimum internet speed of 3.5Mbps is recommended. Antenna required to access free-to-air channels in your area. Subscription and data charges apply.  Search not available across all apps. To benefit from HEVC and 4K, content needs to be produced in this format. 4K TV is also required to experience 4K resolution. 

Telstra TV Box Office: Buying a movie or TV show on Telstra TV Box Office allows you to stream that title as often as you like using your Telstra TV Box Office/ BigPond Movies account for as long as we have the right to make the title available to you. For use in Australia. Only available for use in Australia.  Additional charges apply to rent or buy Telstra TV Box Office titles.  Compatible device required. The ROKU POWERED logo is a trade mark or registered trade mark of Roku, Inc in Australia, the United States, and other countries.

TELSTRA PLUS: Must be 18+ with an active service. Excludes Telstra Enterprise and business customers. Points are earned on payment of Telstra bill or pre-paid recharge (excl. outright purchases, refunds, credits & late payment fees). Points expire 3 years from earning. Marketing opt-in required (preferences can be changed). Exit program anytime.​​

If you cancel an add on early or cancel your existing fixed or post-paid mobile service(s), or cancel your upfront plan, your add on repayment will also stop. You will need to pay out the remainder of your add on(s) and the remainder of any hardware repayment charges pro rata.  Cancelling the Telstra TV will not automatically cancel app subscriptions you may have set up on the device – if you wish to cancel these you will need to do this separately. 

Telstra TV offer:  Only customers with an existing eligible fixed or post-paid mobile service, or new Upfront plan are eligible to add Telstra TV. Maximum 5 add ons per customer at any one time. Eligible Telstra customers that add a Telstra TV on a monthly repayment option to their eligible fixed internet or mobile service and sign up to Telstra Plus, will receive 20,000 bonus Telstra Points. Bonus Telstra Points will be loaded onto your account within 14 days of purchase of Telstra TV (for existing Telstra Plus members) or within 14 days of sign up to Telstra Plus (for new Telstra Plus customers). Premium Evening Speed: Premium Evening Speed is for FTTP or Cable customers only. An nbn service can never go faster than the maximum line speed available at your premises, so for FTTN/B/C customers we will confirm your actual speeds after connection if your typical speed will be limited. Maximum Off Peak Speeds: Speeds will vary due to a number of factors including customer hardware, equipment and software, server limitations, the use of Wi-Fi or ethernet, type of content being accessed and the number users online (including Telstra Air users).

nbn Speed Boosts: Speed Boosts are not available on nbn Fixed Wireless.  Even if you choose a higher speed tier or purchase boost, your nbn service can never go faster than maximum line speed available at your premises. Cable Speed Boosts: These speeds exceed the capabilities of some content servers and personal computers. Average speeds will be lower and actual speeds a single user will get will vary due to a number of factors including customer hardware, equipment and software, server limitations, type of content being accessed and a number of users online. Devices connected by Wi-Fi may experience slower speeds than those connected by Ethernet cable, or if you're a Telstra Air® member and you're using your home broadband service at the same time as a hotspot user.  

nbn™ New Development Charge: In areas serviced by nbn co, Telstra may be required to connect services onto the nbn network. If you’re in a new development and not already connected to the nbn network, nbn co may charge $300 to connect your premises to the nbn network. If applicable, we will bill that charge to you. Once you are connected to nbn fibre, you won’t be able to move to our copper network. Extra charges may apply for non-standard or professional install of Telstra or nbn co equipment and for premises in new developments.

BINGE offer: 3 months BINGE Standard subscription available to Telstra customers who are new to BINGE with a consumer post-paid mobile or home internet plan. Must redeem via http://hub.telstra.com.au/BINGE or on a Telstra TV. BINGE Standard monthly fees (currently $14/mth) apply after offer period ends unless you change or cancel. ​
