Telstra price changes

We're changing our plans and pricing.

On 1 July we’ll be making changes to our home internet pricing, with some plans going up, some coming down, and some staying the same.

NBN co is increasing the price they charge us for wholesale internet and this is an important factor for the changes we’re making. As a business, we’re constantly striving to balance the needs of our customers whilst ensuring we remain financially sustainable. The price changes also mean we can keep investing in our network, products and services while responding to increased data usage. This includes 24/7 network monitoring to help protect against scams, 4G back-up to help keep you connected in an outage and support from our local teams and My Telstra app when you need us.

We have a range of options to help customers who need payment assistance, including giving more time to pay; a tailored payment plan and reviewing accounts to see if the customer might benefit from moving to a more affordable plan or product, or removing any services or features not needed.

Investing in what matters

Cyber security that never sleeps

We block millions of cyber threats every single day and monitor our network 24/7 to help protect your data from suspicious activity.

Extra support for our customers

These price changes don't impact our home phone plans, where customers with a valid and eligible concession can pay even less for their plan. We also have a range of other payment assistance options available to customers where needed.
