Telstra price changes

We're changing our plans and pricing.

From 1 November 2023, the prices of some of our services are changing. We’ve strived to set prices that are reflective of the value we provide to our customers. We’ve done that by rebalancing our internet and voice plans across the board, with some plans going up in price, and others, such as our highest speed unlimited plans and our voice only plan, going down in price.

There are a range of factors we have taken into account. Like most businesses, we’ve seen some of our costs increasing in recent times. We’ve also been challenged by low margins on our home internet plans in recent years due to our wholesale costs. And with nbn making wholesale pricing changes shortly, we’ve made the hard decision to change our prices now.
