New Telstra device or SIM starter kit

You'll need to enter either the Service (mobile) number or SIM serial number that is on your packaging.

A valid form of ID

  • Australian driver's licence or learner's permit
  • Medicare card
  • Australian passport
  • International passport with valid Australian visa
