Your BlackBerry Solution from Telstra gives you:

- mobile internet browsing via HTML and BigPond® Mobile Services

- a mobile phone for voice calls and text messages
- access to applications such as print to a fax, email preview and spell check.

Individuals, home offices or small businesses with ISP email accounts:
- BlackBerry Individual Solution - If you use an ISP (like Telstra BigPond®, or another internet service provider) to connect to email or webmail (like Yahoo!, Hotmail or others), a BlackBerry Individual Solution could be the perfect answer.
Large/Medium Businesses that manage their own email servers:
- BlackBerry Enterprise Solution - A server-based solution for organisations that use Microsoft Exchanges¹ , Novell GroupWise¹ or Lotus Domino¹ and require a scalable solution that offers centralised IT administration tools. More
How the BlackBerry Individual Solution Works
Step 2: Choose the pricing plan that suits you best
Option 1:
BlackBerry email for only $39.95 each month on a 24 month contract.
Pay just $39.95 each month² (per BlackBerry service) to send and receive unlimited emails. This option is available with:
a. An eligible Telstra Mobile post-paid plan. To find out more about these plans call 125 111 or visit your local Telstra Shop or Telstra dealer.
OR
b. A BlackBerry voice plan which gives you access to voice calls and text messages on a per use basis, with no monthly access fee. Calls to Australian fixed or mobile numbers and standard text messages are charged at the following rates:

Option 2:
BlackBerry email for only $29.95 each month on a 24 month contract.
Pay just $29.95 each month (per BlackBerry service) for 24 months to send unlimited email, when you connect your BlackBerry handheld on one of Telstra's selected post-paid plans with a $150 or higher monthly spend³.

Option 3:
BlackBerry email (casual) for $49.95 each month.
Pay $49.95 each month (per BlackBerry service) to send unlimited emails.
This option is available with an eligible Telstra Mobile post-paid plan or the BlackBerry voice plan which gives you access to voice calls and text messages on a per use basis with no monthly access fee.

Step 1: Get your hands on a BlackBerry Wireless Handheld™
Telstra makes it easy to get a BlackBerry Wireless handheld. You can repay the cost of your BlackBerry Wireless Handheld over 12 or 24 months, interest free on a Mobile Repayment Option (MRO) with no upfront payment (when you purchase it from Telstra). Or you can choose to purchase your BlackBerry Wireless handheld outright.
Step 3: Activate your BlackBerry email service
Once you've purchased a BlackBerry Wireless Handheld with a BlackBerry Individual Solution email plan, you can configure up to 10 email accounts from the handheld.
Each email account configured on your handset will have its own email inbox displayed on the handset.
