Change between current offers

You can change between current offers as your calling and texting needs change. Change up to 10 times in a 12 month period.

You can change offers by using My Pre-Paid on your Mobile.

The benefits of your chosen offer will cease to be available if you change offers.

Changing from an old offer to a current offer

You can switch from an old offer to any one of our current offers whenever you like. Choose the offer that suits how you use your pre-paid mobile phone service and make the change now. But note, once you change, you can't change back and the benefits of your chosen offer will cease to be available once you change offers.
