We're moving you to a new Telstra Business Plan

Moving to the new plan means:
  • Your plan price and inclusions may change.
  • Some discounts on your current plan may end.

What's happening?

We’re making changes to our systems to help improve how we support your business. As part of this effort, we’re discontinuing some older plans. From 24 November 2025, we’ll be moving your service to our latest month-to-month mobile or data plan.

Your new month-to-month plan will give you the flexibility to change or cancel your plan if it no longer suits your needs. 

Read on to learn more about your new plan and plan inclusions.

What's changing?

As part of moving to the new Telstra Business Mobile or Data Plans, there will be changes to your international calling and international roaming inclusions. Some of your add-ons, such as a sharing data pack, won't be available on your new plan. Some discounts on your current plan may also end.

Business mobile & data plans

International roaming

International Roaming and Day Pass will be automatically enabled on your mobile service. You may receive a notification confirming activation.

Once enabled, your Day Pass will automatically activate when your service is switched on and used in an eligible destination outside of Australia. If you use your service in other countries you’ll be charged at pay as you go (PAYG) rates. 

If you’d prefer to disable International Roaming, you can do so via MyTelstra. You can turn off the Day Pass option by contacting us.

All plan types

Add-ons

If you have a shareable data pack add-on for your mobile service, this will be removed from your service. Your new plan allows you to data share with eligible mobile or data plans.

Other add-ons like StayConnected, Speed Optimiser, MessageBank, Telstra One Number and Voice2Text will be carried over to your new plan. You can contact us to remove these add-ons at any time.

Some plans

Discounts

As part of your move to a new plan, some existing discounts may no longer apply. If your current discount has a set expiry date, it will continue until that date before being removed. If your discount doesn’t have a set end date, it may be removed when you switch to the new plan.

Because this change takes effect part way through your billing cycle, you may notice a pro-rata adjustment on your bill.

International calling

You can pay-as-you-go (PAYG) or purchase an International Call & SMS Pack to make international calls.
