Unlock my SIM card

If you can’t remember your PIN and want to unlock your SIM card, you’ll need an 8-digit Personal Unlocking Key (PUK) code.

How do I find my PUK code?

If you’ve got a Pre-Paid or an Upfront plan, you won’t be able to find your PUK in the My Telstra app. Contact us for help.

To find your PUK code in My Telstra:

Go to Services
Select your mobile service
Select the More menu (three vertical dots) at the top right corner of the screen
Go to View your PUK.

View your services, pay your bill, troubleshoot tech issues, contact us via messaging and much more.

If you don't use My Telstra, you can still chat with us online.
