Our International Call Pack offers unlimited international calls and texts from Australia to
standard numbers in the 23 selected countries listed below.
Eligible countries: Canada, China, Denmark, Germany, Guam, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, UK, USA, US Virgin Islands, and Vietnam.

Things you need to know
International Direct Dial (IDD) usage.
Excludes use overseas.
International voice calls are charged per minute.

A single SMS is up to 160 characters. For single SMS of 160 or more characters, we charge the SMS fee for each 153 standard characters or part thereof.
Business International Packs
Usage includes eligible calls and SMS to overseas fixed and mobile numbers while in Australia. Included usage allowance expires each month. Usage excludes MMS to overseas numbers, Premium and Satellite calls, any overseas content and use while overseas. You must pay for such usage in addition to your monthly plan charge.
The monthly plan charge will be billed to your Telstra account each month until your Business International Pack is cancelled. If you purchase or cancel a pack part way through a billing month, the monthly plan charge and included plan allowance will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining days in that month.
Standard IDD usage rates and charges apply if the monthly included data allowance is exceeded.
