my phone services?
Some common services that rely on your phone line will be impacted when

The nbn network is replacing the old copper wire network with a faster, more reliable broadband experience. As part of that transition, some services that rely on phone lines will be affected. Find out which of your services may be affected and what you can do about each of them.
Power outages and the nbn network
During outages, services such as your landline that used to function without power will no longer function on the nbn network. However, your business devices will remain connected via the mobile phone network.
