Judge 1 speaks: Look, my favourite part about being a national judge at the Telstra Business Awards is meeting the people behind these businesses and hearing their stories around where they got their idea from.

And my team as well, like I've given them so many challenges that most people would have run away from. So, so they've done really well.

We work with such a vulnerable, traumatised community, but a community that's so strong and who want to help their kids have the best start to life. I see so many people in this room, Marcella, who are imagining and creating a better world. And we can do it. We will create a better world together.

This is a huge national recognition in the most prestigious business awards in the entire country. I've met the other businesses and I can see how incredible every single business is and I truly felt that all of these businesses should have won the award tonight. This is going to change the trajectory of Rahma's journey forever.
