The benefits you will have access to are based on your membership tier.
Your membership benefits are available to enjoy within your membership year.
Some benefits may be available to use multiple times, others can only be activated once per membership year and may have expiry terms. These benefits may become available to you again in your next membership year. We may withdraw or change rewards or benefits at any time without notice.
You need a Telstra ID to join Telstra Plus and access your membership benefits.
Things you need to know
Must be 18+ with an active Telstra-branded service. Points are earned on the cash component of eligible products purchased outright or on a repayment option, and service purchases (excludes cancelled, refunded, or returned products or services). Points expire 3 years from earning. Marketing opt-in required (preferences can be changed). Excludes Telstra enterprise and corporate accounts.
Purchase of Telstra tickets is strictly subject to availability during sale window. Ticket prices and the ticket purchase terms, including ticket limits, are available on the ticket partners' websites. Offer only available for Telstra Plus members.

Telstra Plus members can access discounted movie tickets across Australia at Event Cinemas, Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle, Village Cinemas, HOYTS, Palace Cinemas, Reading Cinemas and other independent cinemas. Members will also earn points when purchasing discounted tickets. Eligibility criteria apply to join Telstra Plus.
Not valid for Boutique, Event Junior, V Junior, Dendy IMAX, HOYTS IMAX, movie marathons, group bookings, special events, and Alternate Content.
Online booking and transaction fees may apply.
A peak time surcharge of $3 per ticket applies at Event Cinemas, Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle, Village Cinemas after 5pm on Saturdays and on public holidays. A surcharge of $5 per ticket also applies for HOYTS Xtremescreen. Other surcharges may apply for 3D, Dolby Atmos, Samsung Onyx sessions, recliners or daybeds. 3D glasses must be purchased separately at an additional cost.
Telstra Plus members earn 10 points per $1 on discounted movie tickets only. Excludes food, beverages, surcharges, credits and refunds.
Telstra Plus members can use their Telstra Plus points toward the purchase of discounted movie tickets for standard adult, standard child, Gold Class Thursdays, V-Max, and 3D, available online for Event Cinemas, Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle, Village Cinemas and Moonlight Cinemas in Australia. Eligibility criteria apply.
Not valid for Boutique, Event Junior, V Junior movie marathons, special events and Alternate Content.
Online booking fees apply per ticket when using points to purchase tickets. Points can’t be used to pay for booking fees.
Available to new and migrating customers to Fetch with Telstra. Price varies between Fetch Mini and Fetch Mighty. Min cost $8.25/mth over 24mths. Additional charges will apply for any channels packs or streaming services subscribed to. Limit of 3 Fetch boxes per household, per account. If you cancel your monthly Fetch box repayments before your contract period ends, you will need to pay out the remainder of your Fetch box as a one-off payment on your next billing date.
Existing Fetch customers
Fetch devices purchased from other retailers are not able to be linked to your Telstra Fetch device for Multiroom and cannot be added to your Telstra account or household.
