Your tickets will be distributed once the RSVP date has closed and the event promoter has issued them as per their ticket release time frames. Please note that there is a hold on ticket distribution for the tour and they will be issued once they are unlocked and available for sharing.

This will be closer to the tour dates which is from late January 2026, 7 days out from each location date.

Tickets will be issued by AXS, Ticketek or Ticketmaster, please ensure you have signed up with an account to the relevant ticket merchant using the mobile and email you’ve provided for the competition to minimise any issues receiving tickets safely

You can only enter via the competition page once, unless the competition has multiple entry criteria.

Yes, you will need to choose one state and then make your selection/s from the events available within that state. The state you enter does not have to be your place of residence, however flights, accommodation, ground transfers, or any other travel costs are not included in the prize, unless the competition prize outlines the elements are included.

If you’re a winner, we’ll notify you by email and will ask you to RSVP to confirm your attendance. Your tickets will then be distributed once the RSVP date has closed and the event promoter has issued them as per their ticket release time frames, usually close to the actual event date.

If the event date changes, you’ll be advised of the process based on the promoter’s decision for the event.

By completing the Telstra Plus September Bills Discount survey you have been entered into this promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

This promotion is being run by Telstra Corporation Limited (ABN 33 051 775 556) of 400 George St Sydney NSW 2000. ("we", “us” or “our”).

Dates you need to know

The competition starts at 10am AEST time on 10 September 2025. The competition closes at 11.59pm AEST time on 28 September 2025 ("promotion period").

The prize allocation will be determined by TPAL (randomdraws.com.au) computerised random draw system. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The draw will take place on 3 October 2025 at 1pm AEST at Level 2/11 York St, Sydney NSW 2000.

Winners will be notified by email they have won, and the winner’s last name, first initial and state (postcode for SA) will be published on www.telstra.com.au/plus/tickets/competition-hub by 8 October 2025. Winners have until 17 October 2025 to claim the prize.

If required, an unclaimed prize draw will be held on 20 October 2025 at 1pm AEDT at the same location as the original draw. Unclaimed prize winners will be notified by email they have won by 23 October 2025, and the unclaimed prize winner’s last name, first initial and state (postcode for SA) will be published on www.telstra.com.au/plus/tickets/competition-hub by 23 October 2025.

Who can enter?

Telstra Plus members who have been invited to and completed the survey about using Telstra Plus points on a bill discount. Excludes enterprise and corporate accounts. Telstra employees who work with the Telstra Plus program and their agents, contractors and other companies associated with the promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How do you enter?

You will automatically be entered into the draw during the promotion period if you have an active Telstra account and have been invited to and completed the Bill Discounts Survey.

Only one entry per member will be accepted. Maximum of one prize awarded per member.

If a customer leaves Telstra Plus during the promotion period, the member will be ineligible to win a prize.

We may also disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

The prize

The prize pool consists of 6 prizes. Each prize consists of 50,000 Telstra Plus bonus points and is valued at $110.00 (incl GST). The total prize pool value is $660.00 (incl. GST).

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.

All prizes from the advertised prize pool will be bestowed to the winning members points balance within 14 days of the prize draw.

We may use and disclose the information you provide in submitting an entry on the terms and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Statement, and as required to conduct this promotion, which may include disclosing that information to prize suppliers. See Privacy Statement or by calling 13 22 00.

Tampering with entries

We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

Suspension, cancellation, modification or termination of the promotion

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are not able to conduct the promotion as anticipated, we may, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, disqualify any entrant, or subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the promotion.

Liability excluded

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion including the prize or the taking of the prize. We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the prize.
