Home internet

Settling in and need internet at home? With our plans, you can choose the amount of data you need and add entertainment packages if you want.

  • Month-to-month plans: If you cancel your service, you will receive a pro rata refund for the remainder of your month. If you have any device, accessory or service add-ons attached to your plan, you will have to pay any remaining amount owing on your next bill.
  • Device Payment Contract: You must have an eligible Telstra Mobile Plan in order to have a Device Payment Contract. If you cancel your Device Payment Contract early, cancel your mobile plan during the device payment term or move to an ineligible mobile plan during the payment term, you’ll need to pay out your device, in full. Device discounts do not apply to cancelled Device Payment Contracts.
  • Talk, Text and Data: Excludes calls/SMS/MMS to premium numbers, 12xx, satellite numbers, content charges and use overseas. 
  • No excess data charges in Australia: When you exceed your allowance, you can continue to access data, but your speed will be slowed to a maximum of 1.5Mbps. This isn’t suitable for HD video or high-speed applications, and some web pages, social media content and files may take longer to load.  
  • Your speed will depend on a range of factors including your device, location, user numbers and download sources, and may be slowed further during busy periods. Heavy data users (users in the top 1% of all data users) may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods. For personal use on a smartphone in Australia only and the FairPlay Policy applies.
  • Compatible Handset: Compatible Telstra Mobile Network handset required. More info at telstra.com/device.
  • International Calling and SMS Pack: International calls are no longer included in any of our mobile plans. You can add an International Calling and SMS Pack to your plan for $10 per month. You can add or remove it at any time. Includes unlimited calls and SMS from Australia to standard international numbers in Eligible Countries. MMS is not included. Eligible Countries are Canada, China, Germany, Guam, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, US Virgin Islands, USA and UK.

Pre-Paid SIM cards

Our SIM cards let you buy your data in advance and change the data amount at each recharge. You can choose expiry periods from 7 days to 12 months.

Lost or damaged your phone while traveling? We have great replacement phones at competitive prices. You can recharge them with data and call credit as you need to.
