For Adaptive Mobility solutions with an account number beginning with “7000”:

Adaptive Mobility is a simple 5G compatible Mobile, Mobile Broadband and Enterprise Wireless solution for Enterprise that adapts with your business.  Choose a product, choose a core plan and then customise from a selection of optional Add Ons to create a solution that best suits your business requirements. 

5G Compatible: All Adaptive Mobility plans are 5G compatible. The Telstra 5G mobile network is available in selected areas and requires a compatible 5G device. For coverage details, visit telstra.com.au/coverage  

3G Network close: Telstra will be switching off 3G in 2024. Before switch off, you can use handsets supporting 3G on 850MHz and 4G minimally on 700MHz and 1800MHz. See telstra.com/device for more information. After switch off you will still be able to access the Telstra Mobile Network provided your device is 4G voice enabled and 4G 700MHz compatible. Speed Caps:  on Essential and Enhanced plans represent the maximum data speeds applied to both downstream and upstream transmissions on the 3G/4G/5G mobile network. Maximum attainable speeds are dependent on a range of factors including the device used, device configuration, location, congestion, coverage and download source.

Data Usage Alerts: You receive SMS alerts in near real-time when you reach 50%, 85% and 100% of your Monthly Data Allowance.

Peace of Mind Data

When data allowance is exceeded, speed is capped at 1.5Mbps for the remainder of the bill cycle. Speed suitable for basic web browsing, audio streaming, VOIP audio calls. Changes to your plan

You may change your Adaptive Mobility plan tier (up or down) once per month. From time to time we may make changes to your plan or add-ons (including price and inclusions), or we may move you to a new plan (which may cost more). If we reasonably think that a change is likely to be detrimental to you, we'll tell you at least 30 days before making it. If you don't like the change you can change or cancel your plan or add-ons and just pay out your device, accessories, and services in full.

Telstra Enterprise Plus Fund (TEPF)

We will provide you with a Telstra Enterprise Plus Fund (TEPF)  when you activate your first service. Each month that you have eligible active Adaptive Mobility services on your account we will reward your loyalty by automatically banking 10% of your net subscription charges each month into your Telstra Enterprise Plus Fund (TEPF) which you can use to help offset the price of any eligible hardware purchases.

Hardware Options

If you require devices for your Adaptive Mobility services you may do so by selecting one of the options outlined below:

  • Bring Your Own (BYO) compatible device; or
  • Purchase a device from us outright; or 
  • Adaptive Mobility Repayment  over either 12 or 24 months; or
  • Adaptive Mobility Device Leasing 

International Roaming

All Adaptive Mobility Services are provisioned with International Roaming activated by default. If you do not want your users to have access to International Roaming you are able to bar this. If you elect to bar International Roaming on your service you will not be able to use your device whilst overseas to make/receive calls and SMS/MMS. When you travel within an eligible country you will be charged for an International Roaming Day Pass or you can elect to purchase the International Roaming Month Pass optional add-on. The passes provide you with unlimited standard voice calls and SMS and a data allowance. If you use more data than the International Roaming Day Pass or International Roaming Month Pass data allowance, additional data blocks will apply and you will be billed $10 for each 1GB of additional data used. When roaming outside of eligible countries calls/SMS/MMS will be charged at international roaming rates (refer to telstra.com/overseas) and mobile data at $3 per MB (charged per KB or part)

Early Termination Charge

All Adaptive Mobility plans are Month to Month casual subscriptions. You may cancel your service at any time, however if you have remaining handset payments remaining, you will be required to pay these out.
